Sheerline verandah systems once again proved a hit with holiday and park home owners visiting the recent Scottish Caravan and Outdoor Leisure show, which attracted a record number of visitors this year.
Exhibiting for a 10th year in conjunction with Scottish Sheerline installer Courthill Leisure, The Litchfield Group took the opportunity to display its new Sheerline deck plank colours, plus its enhanced balustrading and many new enquiries were taken.
“We’re continuously developing our Sheerline decking, verandah and ramp systems to give our network of approved installers greater choice and a competitive edge,” says Sheerline product manager Richard Sampson.
“Our new products attracted strong interest at the recent SECC event in Glasgow. The latest Sheerline deck planks have an embossed surface designed to provide the benefits of smooth surface decking - greater comfort, better rainwater run-off and limited dirt retention – with excellent slip resistance to maximise the safety of verandahs, where children often play.
“Another new product in the Sheerline range is a slimline handrail bracket which helps to improve the visual appeal of the whole verandah. Securing the handrail to each of the upright posts, the new bracket is designed to give the balustrade a more streamlined look and it is fully colour coordinated.
Sheerline balustrading is now also available in light oak, mahogany and green finishes to complete the overall aesthetic appeal. These authentic colours are long lasting and guaranteed not fade through exposure to sunlight.
